Automatic mold transfer system

The AGV trolley runs along the transfer trolley channel to transport the mold from the smelting area to the sand dropping area, and a mold buffer area is set in the middle; after the mold is lifted away, a signal is given to transport the pallet back to the smelting area to wait.

Used for the transportation of excavator chassis in the engineering machinery industry; supports the transportation of racks with support legs, not limited by product type and industry. The rack size is narrow, and the AGV can dive into the bottom of the rack for lifting and transportation; the rack size matches the AGV size. It adopts a dual-drive structure and hydraulic cylinder lifting (four-wheel drive is recommended if the size allows).
