Wide application of products

The products produced by our company can be widely used in the production, assembly, transportation and storage of large workpieces (extra-long and overweight) in aviation, aerospace, military industry, high-speed rail, wind power, metallurgy, engineering machinery, ships, ports, airports, heavy industry and other industries.

Innovation

The company has more than 50 patents, including 9 invention patents and 131 independent core patents, and most of its products have passed CE, REACH, SGS, FCC and other certifications.

AGV navigation methods are:

Magnetic strip navigation

Similar to electromagnetic guidance, it uses magnetic tape on the road surface instead of burying metal wires under the ground, and realizes guidance through magnetic induction signals. It has better flexibility, is easier to change or expand the path, and is simple and easy to lay magnetic tapes. However, this guidance method is easily interfered by metal materials around the loop, and the magnetic tape is easily damaged by machinery. Therefore, the reliability of guidance is greatly affected by the outside world.

Laser SLAM Navigation

Laser guidance is to install precisely positioned laser reflectors around the AGV’s driving path. The AGV emits laser beams through a laser scanner and collects the laser beams reflected by the reflectors to determine its current position and heading, and guides the AGV through continuous triangular geometry operations. The biggest advantage of this technology is that the AGV can be accurately positioned; no other positioning facilities are required on the ground; the driving path can be flexible and adaptable to a variety of on-site environments. It is currently the advanced guidance method preferred by many foreign AGV manufacturers; the disadvantage is that the manufacturing cost is high, the environmental requirements are relatively harsh (external light, ground requirements, visibility requirements, etc.), and it is not suitable for outdoor use (especially susceptible to rain, snow, and fog).

GNSS-GPS/Beidou navigation.

Visual navigation:Based on cameras and AI algorithms to identify ground signs or environmental features
