Introduction to the advantages of heavy-duty AGV
① High degree of automation; Controlled by computers, electronic control equipment, magnetic induction sensor, laser reflector, etc;
② Charging automation; When the power of the overloaded AGV is about to run out, it will send a request command to the system, requesting charging, and automatically “queue up” to the charging location after the system allows it;
③ Aesthetically pleasing, enhancing visual appeal, thereby enhancing the image of the enterprise;
④ Convenient and reduces floor space; The heavy-duty AGV in the production workshop can shuttle back and forth between various workshops;
Our company is mainly engaged in heavy-duty AGV development and services, and is committed to providing overall solutions for handling super-heavy, ultra-long and large materials for various industries.
Our main products include: overload AGV, driverless AGV in outdoor parks, unmanned port unmanned mining card AGV and related systems and services.
In terms of load mode, AGV is roughly divided into:
traction type, load-bearing type, load-bearing lifting type, etc.
“1. We choose the best battery cells on the market – Guoxuan and Yiwei (the accident rate is less than one in a million);
2. The battery compartment is built-in to effectively avoid battery damage caused by external impact;
3. Equipped with a BMS battery management system to effectively avoid accidents such as overcharging, overdischarge, overcurrent, overvoltage, and too high temperature. “
The main navigation methods of AGV are:
1. Magnetic stripe navigation
It is similar to electromagnetic guidance. It is used to place tapes on the road instead of burying metal wires under the ground. It realizes guidance through magnetic induction signals. It has better flexibility, and it is easier to change or expand the path. It is simple and easy to lay tapes. However, this guidance method is easily disturbed by metal materials around the loop, and the tapes are easily damaged by mechanical damage. Therefore, the reliability of guidance is greatly affected by the outside world.
2. Laser SLAM Navigation
Laser guidance is a laser reflector with precise position installed around the AGV driving path. AGV emits a laser beam through a laser scanner, and at the same time collects the laser beam reflected by the reflector to determine its current position and heading, and realizes the AGV guidance through continuous triangular geometric operations. The biggest advantage of this technology is that AGV is precisely positioned; no other positioning facilities are required on the ground; the driving path is flexible and varied, and can be suitable for a variety of on-site environments. It is currently the advanced guidance method preferred by many foreign AGV manufacturers; the disadvantage is that the manufacturing cost is high, the environmental requirements are relatively strict (external light, ground requirements, visibility requirements, etc.), and is not suitable for outdoors (especially susceptible to rain, snow, and fog).
3. GNSS-GPS/Beidou navigation.
4. Others – ribbon, visual, QR code. “
Advantages of AGV
(1) AGV can save manpower and achieve frugality in funds. (2) AGV delivery is smooth, with accurate positioning, which facilitates production management and realizes automation of workshop logistics.
(3) AGV can replace people to work in toxic and harmful areas. (4) When AGV works, there will not be many unstable factors like humans, such as poor health and low mood, which will affect productivity. (5) AGV looks beautiful, improves the viewing level, and thus enhances the image of the company. (6) The AGV scheduling system is easy to expand and the path changes are convenient.
Remark:
(1) High degree of automation; controlled by computers, electronic control equipment, laser reflector plates, etc. When auxiliary materials are needed in a certain link in the workshop, the staff will enter relevant information to the computer terminal, and the computer terminal will send the information to the central control room, and professional technicians will issue instructions to the computer. With the cooperation of the electronic control equipment, this instruction will be finally accepted and executed by the AGV – sending the auxiliary materials to the corresponding location
(2) Charging automation; when the AGV car is about to run out of power, it will issue a request command to the system to request charging (generally technicians will set a value in advance), and automatically “queule” to charge when the system allows it. In addition, the battery life of the AGV car is very long (more than 10 years), and it can work for about 4 hours every 15 minutes of charging.
(3) Convenient and reduce the footprint; the AGV trolleys in the production workshop can shuttle and reciprocate in each workshop.
